It seems that if you like movies for children, and enjoy the same thing over and over again, not much.
As for the 3D movie goes, the cab rank is the first DreamWorks animated comedy Monsters vs. Aliens, which comes with the 3D Samsung Blu-ray on sale this week.

What is surprising is the fact that 20th Century Fox – the studio behind James Cameron’s Avatar, which completely changed the landscape in 3D for the film – which prevents a 3D version of Blu-ray movies until 2011.
Also surprising is the decision by Disney not to release the latest on the big screen in Tim Burton’s Alice in Wonderland hit for the new format. Alice gets a 2D DVD and Blu-ray Release on June 4, with no plans at this stage for a 3D version.
Production companies remain mum on their plans for future versions of 3D Blu-ray.
Simon Heller, the director Blu-ray video marketing partner of the British Association, says the industry is taking a wait and see approach for the arrival of 3D television at home.
It is estimated that it will take time to penetrate, and it is difficult to understand how consumers will react.
“The research I’ve seen, the consumer does not enjoy the 3D experience and replicate this experience will take away. But like any new technology, it will take time to become a product mainstream, until the beginning of 3D house.
But it is reasonable to assume that the wave of Hollywood studios for 3D movies on the big screen, we also see these films obtained a 3D version of Blu-ray.

And yes, probably even a 3D version of Avatar.
